It’s a good week for music at Paradise Rock Club!
Monday: Freelance Whales (of infectious Starbucks commercial fame) are opening for Foals (who sounded great at Coachella). Unfortunately, this show appears to be SOLD OUT.
Tuesday: It’s 80′s pop throwback night as Twin Shadow is opening for The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. I saw Twin Shadow at Coachella (fairly early on Sunday, I believe), and although they started in a half-full tent, by the end of their set the place was bumping. The lead singer has both the voice and the swagger of a rock star, and I’m pretty excited to see them again. You should really consider giving both of these bands a good listen. Tickets are STILL AVAILABLE here.
